I am 63 years old and in good health. I have always been plump to obese with a big belly. Are there any minimally invasive treatments to remove some of the belly fat and skin? I'm trying to avoid a major surgery like a tummy tuck. I just want to keep moving and stay active.

I had uterine burning done 10 years or more ago and have not been able to have sex due to the pain and discomfort.
