How can I get a big butt without surgery? Are there any pills or creams?

There are two FDA approved methods for buttock augmentation are fat transfer and implants. There are no creams, pills or alternative fillers.

On the non-invasive front, the EMSculpt has shown promise as a means to lift and volumize the gluteal region via muscle development (not fat). The device uses HiFEM (High Intensity Focused Electromagnetic muscle stimulation) to burn fat and develop muscle mass over four 30-minute sessions. Each session is the equivalent of several thousand squats.

As always, discuss your concerns with your board-certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

Unfortunately, there is no pill or cream that will enlarge your bottom. But you can do so naturally with calisthenics and weightlifting, as well as gaining weight. These are the only options that will help without surgery.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done except maybe eating a lot. The most common ways are harvesting fat from liposuction and transferring it to the buttock (Brazillian Butt lift-BBL) or butt implants!
