10 days after having mesotherapy injections for my neck, I have redness and some swelling at the sites. How can I treat/heal them? The drug is called Idebenyl Tight, right? How effective is it?

I have not heard of this drug. It is probably normal to have some redness and swelling after the procedure; however, if it progresses rather than gett better, you could have an infection. I would probably use ice to see if that helps with any discomfort.

I would be concerned about an infection and would go see your plastic surgeon about this. Kybella, in my experience, is a non-surgical procedure that has worked quite well, but my patients do have prolonged swelling. Sometimes, just liposculpture is more effective, easier and almost less costly, with better results!
