Are there any minimally invasive treatments to remove belly fat and skin?

I am 63 years old and in good health. I have always been plump to obese with a big belly. Are there any minimally invasive treatments to remove some of the belly fat and skin? I'm trying to avoid a major surgery like a tummy tuck. I just want to keep moving and stay active.

I recommend consulting with a surgeon about your options. Liposuction, which is less invasive than a tummy tuck can is effective for the fat under the skin above the muscle. There are some noninvasive options such as Emsculpt and Cool Sculpt but they only provide a very modest change. Wishing you the best of health, Dr Wright.
