External congenital malformed ear for a 15-year old female .

Please help. She has third degree Microtia in her left ear.

There are a few plastic surgeons that specialize in this type of surgery. The best and most experienced was Dr. Burt Brent but he is retired. I do not know who has taken over his practice but I am sure you can get more info here http://www.microtia.us.com/
