Liquid facelift or surgical facelift are your best options, but without examining you, it's hard to tell you which would work for your individual case. Liquid facelift would be filler injections in front of the jowls and Kybella injections to melt some of the fat - both giving you a smoother contour. Surgery would be liposuction or a facelift.

You best option would probably be a facelift. I do a miniMAX facelift under total local anesthesia. Usually it results in a shorter recovery and less bruising. It is also less expensive than a traditional (full) facelift, and some facilities offer financing.

Jowls can be treated early with fillers to mask the jowl. If this is not possible, then a lift is required to reposition the skin and fat higher on the cheek.
