There are many types of procedures for chin reduction. It all depends upon the cause. I would suggest seeing either a plastic or oral surgeon to better give you an idea. Good luck.

Chin reduction is more complicated than a chin implant. I would recommend doing an imaging of how you would look with it. I usually do this as an outpatient procedure and either cut under the chin or through the mouth. The cost would vary by person, region, surgeon experience, etc. But, in general, it costs about $6,500.
