Increasing gluteal size with fat transfer can start around $4,000. A gluteal implant surgery, on the other hand, starts at around $8,400.

Most patients can do a fat transfer to the buttocks. Butt implants are more popular for patients who don't have enough fat. The Brazilian Butt Lift with fat transfer will generally start off around $4,500.

Yes, a fat transfer can be performed. It consists of removing fat via liposuction. After the fat has been processed, it is reinjected into the buttocks. Not all of the fat stays, but usually a good portion of it does. For patients who have only a little fat, another alternative is butt implants.
