I have deep nasal labia folds and drooping at the corners of my mouth. Which procedure would be best for me and last the longest?

Which procedure would be most beneficial for facial plastic surgery to remove deep labial folds and how often would I need the procedure done?

Deeper facial lines and wrinkles can be treated with injectable fillers. There are numerous options available with varying costs and duration of effectiveness.

Deep nasolabial folds and lower third drooping is commonly addressed non-surgically via HA fillers (Juvederm/Restylane). However, for more dramatic changes, more invasive options such as a facelift may be needed.

As always, discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).

I like Radiesse injectable filler. It will plump the area, and because the area now has volume, you will have more of a lifted look. Touch ups are needed about every 12-18 months. Implants can be used, but I don't think they look good as the face ages.

Lifting facial features can be done, optimally, with surgery. But properly selected patients, and in the right provider's hands, one can achieve beautiful results with fillers (Voluma) as well.

I had a bulging vein removed from my forehead. The vascular surgeon did so using the microphlebectomy procedure. I deeply regret doing this because my peace of mind is gone. I don't know what I was thinking even considering surgery. Are there any long-term effects I should be concerned about?

My question is about hair transplants for eyebrows, but I'm not sure if this falls in the plastic surgery category. I have very little hair on my brows (I'm not sure if it is from medicines or aging). I want to know if it's possible to have hair replacement surgery done in this area? If not, are there other procedures to encourage hair growth in the eyebrows?
