I had a lift done around 7 yrs ago and now I was thinking about implants. Can they be inserted threw my old scars?

Prior scars can be utilized for augmentation access, assuming adequate size. This is commonly performed with or without a revision lift.
As always, discuss your concerns with a board-certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).
