I have ovarian cysts. Would vaginal surgery (hymenoplasty) affect my chances of becoming pregnant? Would it cause complications during birth?

Vaginal rejuvenation procedures do not affect your ability to become pregnant. The ability to bear a child is dependent on a lot of factors involving your uterus, your pelvis, your ability to produce egg cells and the ability for these eggs to make it into your uterus. There are number of hormonal factors that are also involved. None of the popular procedures for your vagina or genitalia will have an impact on this.
