I use a CO2 laser, making incisions inside the eyelid to remove excess fat. I then use laser resurface the outside of the lid to tighten the skin.

It isn't difficult at all. It is an outpatient procedure and can be combined easily with other procedures if the patient has additional areas to be corrected.

This is a common concern as we age. The most common procedure to get rid of the bags under the eyes is a lower blepharoplasty, or lower eyelid lift.
