Do plastic surgeons do male enhancements for men who have tried every drug to help with erectile dysfunction? If not, what type of doctor provides this kind of treatment?

Only very specialized surgeons do this. Look in S. Florida.

By male enhancements, I think you mean penile implants. Actually, the first was done by a plastic surgeon. I do not do this but you could check with plastic surgeons in your area or go to www.plasticsurgery.org and check.
