Could facial implants be used to incease the size of my small, narrow head?

I have a small, narrow head and am wondering if there are any ways to increase its size. Would facial implants work?

Fillers injected might be helpful.

Skeletal augmentation can be either temporary or permanent. It can be achieved softly with fillers (sculptra), or with fat. It can also be achieved with facial implants, which are usually more firm and require surgical implantation. Occasionally, one may need to have bones of the face moved (chin, cheekbones) to achieve better harmony. When this occurs, the procedure is performed by a surgeon, and the decision depends on the facial/skeletal deformity and the expertise of the surgeon.
