Non-Invasive Alternatives to Breast Reduction Surgery

Many women opt to have a breast reduction surgery when troubled by large breasts. These women often suffer with difficulty breathing, back pain, shoulder and neck pain, and even at times, embarrassment. Non-invasive alternatives to breast surgery do exist.

Weight Loss

Weight loss may help to reduce the size of the breasts. Many individuals lose as much as half a cup and others lose one full cup size. As a woman ages, the breasts become less dense and have more fat. If the breasts contain more fat, then there is more of a possibility of reducing the breasts with general weight loss. The advice of a dietitian and a certified fitness trainer may help to achieve overall weight loss, which may minimize the size of the breasts for many.ᅠAgain, exercise and weight loss may not be a successful option for breast reduction for everyone, but will certainly offer health benefits. If the reason for the larger breasts is because of a hormonal imbalance, then balancing the hormones in the body may help to minimize the breasts without the invasive surgery.
