Generally, the cost per Botox injection is roughly $250 to $500 for each area you have the substance injected into. In order to maintain your results, you’ll need new injections every 4 to 6 months. As far as plastic surgery costs go, you are really getting a great deal. The only downside is that results are not permanent.

The Risks Involved

People are still not to sure how safe Botox treatments are. While there is currently little risk involved, the truth remains that you are injecting a dangerous toxin into your face. Make sure that you continue to learn about the procedure and whether or not any new risks have surfaced. The reason for concern is that the toxin causes botulism in large amounts. A professional would most likely not make a mistake of injecting too much though.
