Is there such a thing as ab implants? If so, how much does the procedure cost? What are the risks?

Yes, there is such a thing, but there are better options like high definition liposuction. With implants, there is always the risk of migration of the implant and infection. The migration risk is a bit higher for the stomach than for the buttocks or breasts.

As of now, there is no well-known procedure for implants in the abdomen. There is a great technique for creating an artificial "6-pack"
using liposuction. Most plastic surgeons are familiar with this technique. Of course, results are variable, because no person has perfectly predictable outcomes. That said, there are many happy patients who have had the surgery.
