About Larry Schlesinger, MD

Hawaii Plastic Surgeon Dr. Larry Schlesinger has 28 years of cosmetic surgery experience in Hawaii, and he as performed over 17,000 cosmetic surgery procedures. He is a visiting professor of surgery at the University of Oklahoma, and a past president of the Northwest Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is a fellow of the prestigious American College of Surgeons, and a diplomate of the American Society of Plastic Surgery. He was once described by a patient as "an artist that went to medical school"--the accolade is an apt description. The range and depth of his invaluable skill were honed through decades of experience and thousands of procedures.

How Plastic Surgery Works

There are many forms of plastic surgery offered by plastic surgeon Dr. Larry Schlesinger. Each procedure has a different series of steps. Most procedures will require that you are given anesthesia, and then once you are safely and comfortably anesthetized, the doctor will perform procedures by which he can reshape you as needed to achieve your ideal cosmetic outcome.
