About Alan N Larsen, MD

Dr. Alan N. Larsen, M.D. Double Board Certified American Board of Plastic Surgery and American Board of Surgery. In preparation for a career in plastic surgery, Dr. Alan Larsen earned his license as a medical doctor from the University of Nevada School of Medicine and moved on to a rigorous five-year general surgery residency at the University of Florida in Jacksonville. Then, he was accepted into Wake Forest University's Plastic Surgery Fellowship one of the country's most demanding plastic surgery programs. After completing his fellowship, Dr. Larsen traveled throughout the country and trained with some of the most renowned cosmetic surgeons in the nation. Besides being a father to his two sons, Eric and Andrew, one of his greatest passions is downhill skiing. Dr. Larsen toured internationally at the professional level, competing in giant slalom in the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
