Facial Rejuvenation

The term facial rejuvenation may be used to describe any number of techniques used by cosmetic and plastic surgeons to help reverse the signs of aging and restore a more youthful, refreshed appearance to the face. There are both invasive and non invasive facial rejuvenation procedures that may be used either separately or in conjunction with each other in order to achieve a patient's desired affect. Non invasive procedures include chemical peels, laser skin resurfacing, microdermabrasion, and injectables. More invasive, surgical procedures include facelifts, neck lifts, eye lifts, and facial implants. Generally, non invasive facial rejuvenation procedures are less expensive, while surgical procedures may cost several thousand dollars. There is also an added risk involved in surgical procedures. Consulting a qualified cosmetic surgeon will help a person decide what options are best.
