Endoscopic Midface Lift
An endoscopic midface lift is a cosmetic surgery procedure used to lift sagging skin in the middle portion of a person's face, and is also commonly referred to as a cheek lift. This procedure is often sought out in order to gain a more youthful appearance, by lifting sagging cheeks to a higher position. Drooping, saggy, or puffy areas in the cheeks or under the eye area may be improved through an endoscopic midface lift. During the operation, a surgeon uses a tiny camera called an endoscope in order to better see the midface tissue. This allows a surgeon to make much smaller incisions, making the procedure less invasive overall. Smaller incisions result in less pain and swelling, and ultimately speed up healing time.
