Boob Lift
A boob lift is a common term for a Mastopexy, or breast lift. This procedure is sometimes used in conjunction with breast enlargement by implants. However, most of the time it is used by women who are content with the size of their breasts, but not the shape. Generally, women with drooping breasts where the areola (nipple) points downward are the best candidates for this surgery. It does not involve any foreign material to be implanted and can greatly improve the look of the patient's breasts. Within one to two weeks after surgery the patient can usually return to work without problems. Minimal scarring should be expected and will often fade completely.
