Guide to Surgical Penis Enhancements

Popular Male Penis Enhancement Phalloplasty Surgery Articles

Introduction to Male Enhancement

Of all the pills, potions and promises guaranteed to “enhance” the male sex organ, surgery (phalloplasty) is the only method that offers permanent enlargement. By measurement, no matter how you cut it, the increase in length may be a little more than an inch. With a proportional increase in width.

An inch doesn’t sound like a lot, but when you consider that the average erect male organ is a little over 5 inches, that one inch gain is a huge increase. Especially in the area of sexual fulfillment, where women swear, and lie, that size doesn’t matter. We know better-- size DOES matter. And surgery is the way to increase it.

Length Enlargement Surgery

What you see is not what you get— because as much as one-half of every man’s penis is hidden inside the body. Internally, it is attached by ligaments to the pubic bone. Lengthening of the penis is accomplished surgically by harmlessly cutting the two ligaments suspending and holding the penis inside the body.

Once these incisions are made, the penis is released, and adds an additional inch or more of erection. Additional procedures of liposuction and skin re-distribution may also be recommended to heavily overweight men or those with erectile dysfunction.

Width Enlargement Surgery

Most surgeons agree on the way to lengthen a penis, but when it comes to width— there are two choices:

  • Free Fat Transfer.  Or lipo-sculpture, involves removing deeper fat tissue from one part of the body, injecting it into the penis and molding it into its desired shape. Eventually, as this “graft” starts to assimilate, some is accepted by the penis and some re-absorbed by the body.
  • Dermal Grafts & Foreign Tissue Implants.  Tissue is taken from the epidermis of the selected skin section, then grafted to the penis. Sometimes, collagen grafts are also used. And sometimes the collagen is harvested from cadavers.

Only Board Certified Plastic Surgeons Should Attempt These Procedures

Because of possible tissue rejections, infections, and deformities—the best results are obtained solely because of the surgical skill of a trained plastic surgeon.
